Hotter Than Soup is an highly eclectic, genre-fluid independent music project released under SGT Records. Known for its underground, experimental approach, the project acts like a revolving door for different sounds, styles, and conceptual storytelling—frequently blending Alternative/Indie, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Experimental Rock. A Playground for Monikers and Collaborations: What stands out most about Hotter Than Soup is how the project utilizes characters, alter egos, and guest features. They collaborate heavily with other corners of the SGT Records family like Heavy Langston, Holly Graham, Gucci Blonco, and Infamy Row. By blending lo-fi indie sensibilities with highly modern, digital creation methods, Hotter Than Soup plays out like an ongoing creative audio journal rather than a standard commercial band.
